We are testing the place accuracy of electronic components, such as housings with hidden ball outlets or without outlets, using X-ray machine, which provides high-resolution 2D X-ray technology and 3D computed tomography in a single system.

Microscope Lynx Evo

Dynascopic non-ocular stereomicroscope used mainly for optical inspection of correctly applied solder paste or glue in places for placement of SMD components with hidden ball terminals.
It has a parallel, afocal stereozoom optics for an extended basic magnification of 6 × to 60 × with a larger field of view. It also has an adapter for oblique 3D observation and a new integrated HD digital camera without optical losses.

Optical Inspection MEK

Automatic optical inspection MEK FDAz520 for PCB formats up to 520 x 460 mm.
AOI MEK FDAz520 includes vertical top view of checked PCB and also 8 side views. All cameras utilize telecentric optics devices, so there is no distortion of the final images.
AOI MEK has controlled Z-axis for multiple layers checking in the Z-axis. This machine includes unique solution of three-angle lighting or their mutual combination while each angle differes in illuminating color. Perpendicular light lights PCB via semitransparent mirror below the camera so light falls on PCB really under 90 degrees and prevents false reflections.
The main camera can also read 2D codes, which we are printed on all of our PCBs and so the machine is able to generate reports with findings automatically.
Many manufacturers of AOI offer high resolution cameras, which may lead to large number of errors in evalution. It is important to focus on pixel size and on not their amount. There are "only" 2 MPix cameras, but they are supplemented by the above mentioned unique optical system. Together with the supplied software, AOI MEK provides reliable PCB optical inspection with minimal errors.

It is eight projection 3D AOI measuring up to 25mm plate height from 50x50mm to 510x510mm.

Digital Microscope

Digital Microscope for Quality Assurance Inspection of Surface Mount Assemblies.
Microscope has objective lens with magnification possibility up to 180x, and visual angle of 35°. It is possible to connect to an analogue camera for video recording or to a digital camera with 3Mpx resolution and with calibrated SW, with the possibility of the scanned object measuring.

ExtraEye Verification Machine

Equipment for the verification of the first piece in the batch.
ExtraEye is a simple scanner of PCB, which compares the scanned image of PCB with a golden PCB and with imported production documentation. ExtraEye accelerates first piece verification, make it more reliable and still has low maintenance.
The device excels especially very quick creation of program. Continuously creates its own database of components and the creation of the next program accelerates again. About every control carried out is created a detailed log with the result of the inspection, which includes the particulars of the specific PCB, which has been checked.

PCB Washer Super SWASH IIR+

Super SWASH IIR+ is one chamber automatic cleaning machine, which is used for cleaning PCB after soldering.

The cleaning process is in four cycles:

First cycles – PCB cleaned with 25% of Vigon A201
Second cycles – PCB rinsed in clean water
Third cycles – PCB rinsed in DI water
Fourth cycles – drying

StencilClean Sia for unmanned cleaning stencils and squeegees. This device allows almost unmanned cleaning of stencils and squeegees contaminated by paste and glue.
Mechanical cleaning is a better, safer and faster than hand washing. The cleaner works in a two-operational mode, where the cleaning operation is followed by a drying operation. The applicable time and temperature can be set for both operations.
