For all our existing and potential customers, we offer comprehensive services in the field of custom electronics manufacturing from our factory in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm.
Using the latest technical equipment we ensure a quality and timely manufacturing process. Printed circuit boards are mounted by either SMT technology, conventional technology, or both.
Manufacturing of customized electronics has been always a core of our business
and with time we have developed a complex of services for our customers including design,
material supply, inspecting and testing, and final installation with delivery.
A long period of operating on the EMS market enabled us to create big network of suppliers,
customers and clients who trust our top production quality and our reliability.
Company Foundation
TOROLA electronic, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1991 and its headquarters was established and based in Frýdek-Místek. Its main business activity was the development, production and sale of electronic systems for automotive and measuring technology.
Production Relocation to Frenstat pod Radhostem
This year, the whole production was relocated to more spacious production facilities in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Its main activity started to be focused mainly on the customized manufacturing of electronics.
New Corporate Identity
During this year, the company changed its graphic presentation and created a new modern unified visual style of the company.
Acquisition of New Production and Administration Building
In February 2007, the entire production plant was moved to its own newly renovated premises in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. This action "Acquisition of a new production and administrative building for TOROLA electronic, spol. s r.o." was co-financed by the European Union and the Moravian-Silesian Region within the Joint Regional Operational Program (JROP).
Development and Production Divisions
In the autumn of this year, production and development divisions were separated. The parental company TOROLA design s.r.o. was established and became 100% owner of TOROLA electronic, spol. s r.o. The business activities of TOROLA design s.r.o. are development and sale of its own products. Its subsidiary TOROLA electronic, spol. s r.o. focuses on customized PCB assembly. At this year, we are in use of an area about 700 metres squared and two fully automated SMT assembly lines.
Change of Ownership
At the end of September 2012, there was a change of ownership of the company when the parent company TOROLA design s.r.o. transferred its 100% ownership interest to one of the founders Mr. Tomas Havlik, who became the only owner of the company. Naturally, the existing production services - electronic manufacturing (EMS) has reminded as the main business activity. The headquarters of the company remains in Frydek-Mistek, however, any direct or indirect communication takes place exclusively at the manufacturing facility in Frenstat pod Radhostem.
Change of Company Headquarters
We have made an administrative change to our company headquarters on April 1, 2019. The company's new headquarters and billing address is: TOROLA electronic, spol. s r.o., Nadrazni 906, 744 01 Frenstat pod Radhostem, Czech.
The SMT Workplace Capacity Expanding
We have expanded the capacity of the workplace for assembling printed circuit boards with SMT technology by a 3rd line, which is intended for small-volume orders in order to lighten and streamline the operation of the two main technological lines SMT I and SMT II.
