Quality targeting
We target our investment to quality enhancement in areas:
Since 2005, we have been managing all our processes in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Our employees have been trained and certified according to the IPC A-610D standard.
We are constantly improving all measures in accordance with the ESD Suppression Program according to ČSN EN 61340 in order to protect products and materials. In this way, we reduce the number of mismatches caused by static discharges and increase the lifespan of finished products.
The Quality Management processes are ensured with help of Information System, IS KARAT, together with the 2D bar code system.
At the beginning of the production cycle, each production unit receives a unique 2D
bar code that is connected with this unit throughout the entire production process.
All
operations performed on the relevant product unit within the whole
production process are recorded; using this unique
code; in case a discrepancy
is detected, within a few moments our operators are able to trace a
faulty process and take actions to rectify the situation.
Our electronic planning, management, recording and documenting
maintenances of production facilities are registered and performed via
Service Module of our corporate IS KARAT and so we can better control
and more
effectively plan regular
maintenance of these facilities.
This system also monitors and
evaluates the economic demands of not only regular services, but also
extra repairs on our production machines.
The
operations and
non-conforming production on such expired facilities are eliminated by
our terminal system TERMAN.
All these changes aim to increase the quality of manufactured production.
