Inquiry for production pricing

In order to be able to price demand responsibly, we need basic information. Therefore, please pay attention to this questionnaire, on the basis of which we will price your product.
It will be delivered directly to our Technical Preparation of Production department and will be a key basis for serious pricing of your request.
For this reason, we recommend that the production data supplied by you complies with the standards of  IPC-A-610, class II.

 DATA SOURCES UPLOADING 

 ZIP, RAR ZIP, RAR, 7Z

 The name of the inserted ZIP file must contain only letters and numbers, it must not contain diacritics and spaces!  Otherwise, you will not be able to send the form!

Insert a ZIP file with all data at once (ZIP, RAR or 7Z compressed folders are allowed)

  • Documentation for the production of PCBs
    • GERBER data,
    • INSERT file (component coordinates X, Y and rotation),
    • BOM
      • basic specification - value and housing
      • according to the component - e.g. tolerance, mass, color, spacing, manufacturer's code, etc.
  • Assembly drawings
    • generated to PDF so that they can be edited in Corel.
  • Other documentation
  • Photo
    • sample or
    • prototype of a product manufactured elsewhere (if any).

 OTHER documents 

For faster and more accurate pricing, we welcome if you send us a sample of the product if it already exists.

 Notice and form submission 

Traceability

Product traceability is monitored with us using 2D 7x7mm barcodes in two ways:

  • Lasered 2D code - location outside conductive paths, further from components
  • Glued 2D code

We are also able to link 2D codes with the Production number specified by you, or with another designation.

In case of confusion, please contact our order manager via the chat window or contact details.
